J-Flash SPI supports only 256 byte page programming of external serial flashes. In case of the Adesto AT25PExx/AT45DBxx1E serial flashes, it can be necessary to reconfigure the serial flash for 256 byte size, as they can be also configured for 264 byte page size.
Reconfigure Adesto AT25PExx/AT45DBxx1E serial flash to 256 Byte page size
