Analog ADuCM420

The Analog Devices ADuCM420 devices series are Cortex-M33 based 32-bit microcontrollers.

Internal Flash

All supported devices have a two 256 KB flash banks, totaling a flash size of 512 KB.

Note:
The highest four bytes of each flash bank (e.g. 0x3FFFC-0x3FFFF) are used for ECC.
