The ncoder N4 device is a Syntacore SCR1/RISC-V based 32-bit microcontroller.
Target interface
The core supports cJTAG as a target interface. Due to known limitations with Syntacore SCR1, the maximum stable interface speed is ~1MHz.
Reset
Reset is performed through the RESET pin, so it has to be connected for the reset to work.
Internal Flash
J-Link supports the internal flash located at 0x000C0000 with a size of 32 KB.

Due to the interface speed limitation, programming speed is limited to ~12 KB/s.
