This article describes specifics for the CVA BlueWhale CVM0128-EVB evaluation board. It can be used to test & verify CVM012x device support.

Minimum requirements

  • J-Link software V7.98 or later

Preparing for J-Link

  • Select MCU to be powered (short JP8)
  • Select MCU operating voltage 5V (short JP1 2&3)
  • Select USB as power supply (short JP2 2&3)
  • Connect the J-Link to the JTAG connector (J8)
  • Power the board via external power supply USB (J11)
  • Verify the Connection with e.g. J-Link Commander. The output should look as follows:
