This article describes specifics for the Microchip Curiosity Ultra PIC32CZCA80 evaluation board. It can be used to test & verify PIC32CZCA80 device support.
Minimum requirements
- J-Link software V7.94a or later
Preparing for J-Link
- Connect the J-Link to CORTEX DEBUG connector (J300).
- Power the board via Power jack connector (J100).
- Verify the Connection with e.g. J-Link Commander. The output should look as follows:
Example Project
The following example project was created with the SEGGER Embedded Studio project wizard and runs out-of-the-box on the Microchip Curiosity Ultra PIC32CZCA80.
It is a simple Hello World sample linked into the internal flash.

- J-Link software: V7.94a
- Embedded Studio: V7.32
- Hardware: Microchip Curiosity Ultra PIC32CZCA80
