The SAMA5D2 XPlained Ultra eval board with the ATSAMA5D27 CPU has QSPI Flash on board. This configuration is supported by J-Link version V6.30f and later and can be programmed directly using one of our software tools.
The following example project has been created with Embedded Studio and can be used with version 3.34 or later:
Microchip_ATSAMA5D27_Flash.zip
For all other QSPI setups with that device a new flash loader must be created. For this our open flash loader interface can be used: Open Flash Loader
Note: Jumper settings are crucial on this board. DEBUG_DIS and BOOT_DIS jumpers must not be set. All other jumpers except J16 are set.
