The Geehy (Previously APEXMIC) APM32F103xx are Cortex-M3 based MCUs.
Internal Flash
Supported Regions
The internal flash is divided into 3 different regions:
- Reserved by main storage (0x08000000 - 0x0807FFFF) for APM32F103x4/x6/x8/xB and (0x08000000 - 0x0807FFFF) for APM32F103xC/xD/xE
- Reserved by bootloader (0x1FFFF000 - 0x1FFFF7FF)
- Reserved by option bytes (0x1FFFF800 - 0x1FFFF80F)
For now, the J-Link supports the main storage space and the option byte space.
