This article describes specifics for the HPMicro HPM5300EVK evaluation board. It can be used to test & verify HPM53xx device support.
Minimum requirements
- J-Link software V7.92e or later
Preparing for J-Link
- Remove Jumper TCK, TDO, TMS, TDI, TRST
- Connect the J-Link to the JTAG connector (J2)
- Power the board via external power supply USB (J1)
- Verify the Connection with e.g. J-Link Commander. The output should look as follows:
