The Cadence HiFi 3z is an efficient 32-bit DSP for audio front-end processing (beamforming, noise reduction, ...) and neural network-assisted speech recognition (ASR) processing. The HiFi 3z is based on the Cadence Xtensa LX architecture.

J-Link Support

Since V7.70 of the J-Link software, debugging of the HiFi 3z core is supported.

Debugging support is mainly provided via Cadence Xtensa Xplorer IDE + J-Link GDB Server. For more information about how to setup JLink GDB Server, please refer to the J-Link GDBServer wiki article.

For more information about how to setup J-Link in general for Xtensa based core debugging, please refer to the J-Link Xtensa specifics wiki article.
